At Meditrack, we are committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an essential part of our mission to support healthcare and educational institutions of all sizes.

Current Status

We are actively working to ensure our web and mobile applications conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. While we are not fully compliant at this time, we are making steady progress to improve accessibility across all areas of our solution.

What We're Doing

• Using clear structure, labels, and semantic HTML
• Improving keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility
• Avoiding color-only indicators
• Planning internal training on accessibility best practices
• Preparing a formal VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template)

Accessibility Roadmap

In upcoming product releases, we plan to:

• Complete a third-party accessibility audit
• Provide full keyboard-only navigation for all major workflows
• Improve ARIA labeling and alt text coverage
• Publish documentation on accessibility configurations for admins and users
